Unlock the on-set team with Capture Automation
ShotFlow Capture is a locally installed module supporting the on-Set team, including a unique integration to Capture One Pro and Enterprise. Now each Set has “live” digital Shot Lists that are updated on the fly from the ShotFlow cloud, ensuring the capture team is always working with the latest data.
Capture fully automates the following functions within Capture One for tethered shooting:
- launch Capture One if it is not currently running
- open the Capture One session
- create new folders automatically based on the Shot List configuration (e.g. folder by product, folder by season)
- auto-set the Capture One naming tokens
- next capture naming is auto-populated for the current shot
- automated presentation of the relevant Style Guide / visual reference as a Capture One overlay
- rich metadata tagging to every captured file, aligned to the specific brand schema, including dynamic tagging of featured talent information and usage rights
ShotFlow Capture can be installed on capture stations anywhere in the world and have instant access to the latest production data for the selected Set, with a valid log-in. This includes in-house studios, external (contracted) studios, on-location photography, or any combination of the above.
As the capture team adds Shots, adds Photo Notes, or completes Shots, their work is synced back to the ShotFlow cloud to enable real time production visibility and monitoring by authorized users from a web browser on any device. This includes how many captures have been recorded for each shot, the status of the shot, and the exact amount of time that shot was worked on locally (requires Time Tracking module).

Our brand new integration to Orbitvu Station is a game-changer for studios utilizing these incredible Orbitvu systems for photography, video, and 360 spins with automated background removal. ShotFlow Capture can now populate Orbitvu Station with rich product data and “placeholders’ for each required shot/angle. No more copy and paste!
